How To Get Here
ARRA Guitarworks is accessible by car, bus, train or bicycle.
The Cooperage courtyard is strictly pedestrian access only so if you’re a blue badge holder or you require additional mobility and accessibility assistance, please email me in advance and I’ll happily assist you in accessing the workshop.
Some advice if you’re you’re travelling by:
Car - if you can find a space you have the option of parking on Pollokshaws road. Please don’t park on the double yellow lines or block access to the lane though! If there are no spaces near the lane entrance a good bet is to swing around the one-way system and park in March Street where there are usually spaces. It’s just a short walk around the corner from there.
Train - the nearest train station is Queen’s Park which is just across Pollokshaws Road and a block over at Torrisdale Street.
ScotRail and SPT have travel details and timetable services available online but services are pretty regular from Glasgow Central
Bus - there are several nearby bus stops served by First Bus, Citylink and McGill’s.
Bike - there are a couple of bike racks to secure your ride out in the Courtyard.
Workshop Location
The Cooperage complex is accessed via a covered, cobbled lane.
Head through here; it opens out into the main courtyard, decking areas and gazeebos.
ARRA Guitarworks is upstairs in the main building.
It’s the one with the balcony and the big zappy Telecaster in the window!
I’m directly above the record shop Some Great Reward and the clothes shop Seamster Vintage.
Facing the workshop window, turn right and down towards Inkling Studios.
The door to access the upstairs suites is located at the end of the row, tucked away in the corner.
Head through the door and up the stairs on the right.
ARRA Guitarworks is the door facing you located at the end of the upstairs corridor.
